Known Issues with User And Role Access Audit Report

Fusion Applications Release 9 or higher provides a report named User and Role Access Audit Report, that can provide User, Role, Role Grants and Data Security information in multiple formats (CSV and XML).
The report works fine when it is run for a single User or single Role but there were some issues that were noted for the use cases documented below:
- When this report is executed for 'All Users' or 'All Roles' options, the output generated is either incomplete or misses user/role information that should have been included in the output.
- Custom Roles are NOT included in the report output.
- Report execution fails with the following error that can be seen in the diagnostic log file:
- When submitting the User and Role Access Audit Report, the generated reports and zip files are inaccessible. Either they are creating a 1KB Zip file or when opening the files you receive the error message "XML Parse Error" Import Status "Failed" when trying to open the xml with Excel....Review shows that the xml file is missing closing tags.
