Content Links In Mobile Analytics Work In Android But Not In IOS (Doc ID 2068321.1)

Symptoms


Statement of Issue:

User have created a custom BI summary report that links to a second BI detail report. on Android devices, this works as expected. On iOS devices, the linking functionality does not appear to work - the mobile application appears to be processing and loading information, but just sits and spins indefinitely. Pressing the "back" or "home" buttons will immediately return you to the main springboard.

 

Expected Behavior:
User should able to link the Report


Steps:

1. Login to the Mobile Application iPhone
2. Create a Custom Report A1
3. Link A1 to another detail Report B1
