[OUTLOOK] - DCL Field Is Empty When Added In List View

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Outlook Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After exposing DCL field in the List Views and the field is updated, the List View remains empty.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After exposing DCL field in the List Views, after the field is updated, the List View should be updated accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create DCL field in Application Composer
2. Expose the field in Default Layout + List View
3. Try to create a new record in Outlook
4. Update the DCL field
5. Save and Close
6. The DCL value in the List View is empty

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update DCL value in List Views.
