The Adjustment Cannot Be Processed Because The Balance Will Exceed The Ceiling Limit For The Maximum error When Submitting Absences

When attempting to run accruals for certain employees for different absence plans, the following error occurs.
The adjustment cannot be processed because the balance will exceed the ceiling limit for the maximum leave time that can be accrued.
The ESS log file shows the following:
JBO-ANC:::ANC_ADJ_BAL_OVER_CEILING: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>ANC-3405135</NUMBER><TEXT>The adjustment cannot be processed because the balance will exceed the ceiling limit for the maximum leave time that can be accrued
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. manage absence records > Plan participation
2. Select absence plan
3. Run accruals for the next period
4. The error is displayed.
