Commission Still Calculating Based on Old / Wrong Rates

User has a transaction that calculated commission.
After changing the rates on the rate table , calculation is still calculating with the original rate instead of the new rate.
1. Create transaction
2. Run processes through calculation.
3. Modify the rate table
Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Rate Tables
4. Run Deploy Compensation Plan
Navigator > Participant Assignments > Processes > Deploy Compensation Plan
5. Run Calculation
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Processes
