"Pwdaccountlockedtime Attribute Has Duplicate Value" Error When Locking User Account In OIM Console

When trying to lock an user in OIM console, customer get error:   The lock operation failed, pwdaccountlockedtime attribute has duplicate value


Steps to verify:

1. Login to OIM console
2. Click Administration
3. Search and open the user
4. Click Lock User
you will get an error
