When adding a custom contact field to a form, no field merge code appears in the field like it does when adding standard contact fields.
- In the example below, the standard contact fields (Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Company) show the yellow-highlighted text which indicates a field merge code. The custom contact field (Sample Contact Field) does not.
