Symptoms

Absences were created in FUSE using the "Selected dates" option, for 3 separate days - 12th, 15th and 28th October. When an extract is run for this period, the output groups the absences as one, from 12-28 October, and with a duration of 12, rather than 3. It is expected that the duration should be three, and each absence should be shown separately.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FUSE > Time > Add absence records > Selected dates
2. Enter absences for 12th, 15th and 28th October, and submit them.
3. Run an extract. Observe that the absences are recorded as one group, with duration = 12 days, rather than as three separate absences.
