Adding An Item In Storefront Then Modifying The Cart In Agent Does Not Update The Storefront Checkout Page (Doc ID 2069394.1)

Symptoms

Add an item using the storefront and then navigate to the checkout page.
Then, either add another of this item, or add a new item using the agent UI by searching for the user and hitting the [Complete Button].
Upon refreshing the storefront checkout page, the new item is not seen in the checkout page.
