The Person Extra Information Tab Is Not Longer Accessible (Doc ID 2069409.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to navigate to Manager Person > Extra Information, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ADF_FACES-60067:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_faces-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #10"


Tried the following, but it was not successful:

1) Task "Manage Person Extensible Flexfield"
2) Highlight row for Person EIT Information
3) Click
-- message "Deployment completed successfully. Start a new session of the runtime application to view"
4) Log out and close browser
5) Open a new browser session and login
6) Navigate to Manage Person (Search for an existing person)
7) Click tab
Issue: Error message displays "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #13"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
My Workforce > Person Management > Manager Person > Extra Information

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use extra information Tab
