Unable To Add A Contact To An Interaction For Household (Doc ID 2069703.1)

Unable to add a contact to an interaction. Error when trying to add a contact for an Interaction for Household.

This happens only for specific User(s), not for all Users.


Reproducible Steps

  1.  Log into Fusion Applications
  2.  Click on Navigator
  3.  Click on Household card to launch Household
  4.  Search for "Perez Household"(for example)
  5.  Drill down into Perez Household
  6.  Click on Activities
  7.  Click on "Log a call"
  8.  Enter Subject as Courtesy call with Johan and Cathy(for example)
  9.  Select Due Date as 08/30/2105(for example)
  10.  Select Type as Call(for example)
  11.  Select Owner e.g. Marcus Channing
  12.  Select Priority as Medium(for example)
  13.  Enter Description as Courtesy call with Johan and Cathy(for example)
  14.  Click on Primary Contact
  15.  Click Search
  16.  Enter First Name as Johan(for example)
  17.  Click on Search
  18.  Select the record from search result, click on OK
  19.  Click on Status
  20.  Select Not Started
  21.  Click on Save and Continue
  22.  Click on Contacts
  23.  Click Add Contacts
  24.  Enter First Name as Cathy(for example)
  25.  Click on Search
  26.  Select the record from search result
  27.  Click OK
  28.  Click on Save and Close to see error "The value of the attribute RelationshipId is not valid"
