Users Cannot See Certain Projects in User Mode Which Are Available in Company Sponsored Shells Admin Mode (Doc ID 2069801.1)

Users are not able to see a project in user mode which is available in Company Sponsored Shell.

User expects to see this project in user mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
2. Log in with User1
3. Open company in admin mode
4. Project1 is showing in Company Workspace>Company Sponsored Shells>Projects
5. Project Administrators set under Groups in Company Workspace>Company
Sponsored Shells>Projects>Users
6. User1 also set under Users for this shell
7. Searching for Project Number Project1 in this shell in user mode finds no results
