User receives the error message under the following circumstances:
1. Navigated to Setup and Maintenance
2. Searched for task 'HCM Extract'
3. Selected 'Manage HCM Extract Definitions'
4. Searched for HCM extract type 'Payroll Interface'
5. Selected a direct copy of the delivered ADP extract
7. Pressed 'Validate'
8. Error message 'Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1": An error occurred while invoking task Manage HCM Extract Definitions. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..'
