On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email notifications are not being sent/received to approvers. Invoices are appearing in the approvers BPM worklist

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approvers should receive the email notifications

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see invoice approvals
