When Client trying to access the task Manage Salary Basis , they get an error :

" Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #4":

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Salary Basis. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.."
