Goal

After imported and uploaded a budget we cannot view it and there is no indication that one has actually bee created.
We have imported then run the Load Process selecting the Upload Project Budgets (the 3 concurrent processes all show 2 line successes (one Budget / one Forecast) but when Project Budget is opened no versions exist.
