Unable To Approve 'Obtaining Request Approval' Status in Oracle Identity Self Service (OIM) for P6 (Doc ID 2071588.1)

Requests entered via Oracle Identity Self Service for use with P6 Cloud are in a status of "Obtaining Request Approval" and cannot be approved.

The administrative user(s) can approve the submitted request(s).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Identity Self Service (OIM)
2. Log in with an administrative user
3. Note that a request is in status "Obtaining Request Approval" but there is no way to approve it.
