Getting issues when entering Contact Details in Fusion HCM after Patch Bundle 10.11 (Doc ID 2071601.1)

Symptoms

After Monthly Patch Bundle 10.11 was applied the following issues have been seen to occur

1. When hiring a person, e.g. Hire an Employee, Add Contingent Worker,Add Non Worker or Add Pending Worker,
on the second train stop , if you add any contact, and a phone number for that contact person, then phone country auto suggestion will not work.

 2. While performing Global Transfer or Global Temporary Assignment or Create Work Relationship,
on the second train stop ,if you create any contact then a popup will open. In that popup there will be text boxes to enter name details.
But here, the text boxes will render as read only.
