About: 'No Results' with Filter on Candidate or User Name

When an analysis includes a filter for a specific candidate's name or user's name, the analysis is returning the following message:
The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters and/or selections that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Analysis Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below.
This only seems to occur on specific names; other names work correctly to return results. Even if the candidate or user name is selected from the list of values, the analysis still returns no results.
