How To Obtain The CRM Partner URL For SFDC Integration (Doc ID 2071744.1)

Goal

When integrating with Salesforce before January 1st, 2016, customers are known to use certain URLs for their CRM Partner URL in the format of "salesforce.com". After January 1st 2016, these URLs will no longer work with SFDC and will need to be updated to "login.salesforce.com" and "test.salesforce.com", for Production and Test sites respectively.
