Symptoms
On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Customer Import
Customer import always ends in HZ_DUPLICATE_COMBINATION error and thus could not able to upload Customers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate data in Customer template UploadCustomersTemplate.xlsm downloaded.
2. Upload template.
3. Perform Data import steps

Due to this issue, users cannot import customer data
