CRM Fusion users should receive an SMS upon Lead Assignment , Conversion to Opportunity etc...

When having a basic requirement to use SMS API in Fusion CRM application where upon each activity like assignment of leads or opportunities to any of CRM users or let say if any site visit is planned for any sales users or if any lead is finally converted to an opportunity an SMS should be received to specific CRM users upon all these mentioned events.

We have SMS API available with us but we are unable to use it in CRM Fusion application.
How we can achieve this functionality and resolve the purpose?
