Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Taleo Integration

When attempting to export all Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service data, it fails for Employee load:

ERROR
-----------------------
The value entered in the field "User Name" is invalid. It must contain between 4 and 100 characters and must not include accentuated characters (e.g.: é, à , ñ, ü) or characters from the following set: :><() and spaces

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Note process error: The value entered in the field "User Name" is invalid. It must contain between 4 and 100 characters and must not include accentuated characters (e.g.: é, à , ñ, ü) or characters from the following set: :><() and spaces
2. The user name values in the log file do have spaces, however customer did not enter these user names and says Fusion would not let them create with spaces in any case.
3. Further, only seeing 149 records that are attempting to be transferred (log file attached). The client would like to know why they are not seeing all 1500+ records exporting to Taleo.
