Outlook Synchronization Conflict persist after select Outlook as a trusted source (Doc ID 2072523.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to synchronize,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

synchronization finished. result: warning (result code: SW0002, result message: 'detected: 1 conflict(s), 0 duplicate(s), 0 issue(s), 0 confirmation(s)', total duration: 32.526 seconds)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Create new Contact assigned to an existing account
3. Start synchronization
4. OSC Control Panel will popup asking for resolve conflict source
5. choose Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook
6. Click Synchronize Now
7. Conflict remains
