Account Search Does Not Work Properly (Doc ID 2073260.1)

Goal

On 11.1.9.2.0

Scenario 1: When selecting "All account list" and searching for an existing account with wildcard (The IF%) the searched account is not returned.
Scenario 2: If a list is used (saved search: Alle - Account), with the same search text (The IF%) the searched account is returned.

How can we have the right account returned also in Scenario 1?
