On : NA version, Sales, Sales Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Icon is not visible on the spring board


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Sales Icon must be visible on the spring board

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rel 10
2. Log into OSC
3. On the springboard, Sales Icon is not visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create opportunity
