Is it possible to customize Log A Call functionality in Mobile Pages?

On : version, Oracle Sales Cloud for Mobile

Customer has two requirements

1) To have a uniformity in 'Log a Call' flow on Mobile UI, like on SUI.
i.e. this Navigation should be available in Mobile (similar to SUI): Select a Lead -> Edit> Open Activities tab -> Log a Call

2) If the menu on the mobile (Navigation : Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile -> Contacts -> select a Contact -> tap the 3 dots at the top right of the screen) can be customized. Is it possible to customize this menu via Application Composer? Example customizations would be to remove some options or move options like "Add Attachment" on the Log a Call page.
