After enabling the outside users for OSN, when Employee users attempt to access OSN in Sales Cloud or by URL in the browser directly, only a blank page is returned.
When clicking the "Social" tile or link in the FAPPS UI, the OSN window attempts to open but does not. You simply see the spinning indicator which is used to indicate loading. There is no error.
