Generic System Error when Moving Workflow forward for Records in new Projects (Doc ID 2074621.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to create a BP record in a new project, the users are presented with the error below. This does not happen on projects that already exist.

ERROR

"The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your system administrator if you are still having problems"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Unifier
2. Create a new project
3. Attempt to create a new BP record in that project
4. Notice the error that appear when moving workflow forward

 

In the Unifier logs the following exception can be seen:
