Enforcement of notice period while initiating termination.

Enforcing of the minimum notice period while resigning for an employee based on his/her designation. Any exceptions should be only be possible by HR Specialist when approving. E.g. notice period for a assisstant manager is 3 months but mandatory/minimum notice period is 1 month. The employee should not be able to select a period less than one month from the current date when resigning.
