Transactions Status Tracker Not Showing Accounting Status for A User

On : version, Transactions

For one user (UserA) Status Tracker in the transactions UI correctly shows, Accounted: Yes, Posted: Yes. For another user (UserB) Status Tracker in the transactions UI shows, Accounted: No, Posted: No.

Transactions which have been accounted and posted should show Accounted: Yes, Posted: Yes for all users.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review the transaction from the UI as UserA
2. Review the same transaction from the UI as UserB

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust the system is showing accurate information.
