Symptoms

With an exception to the Commerce APIs, in attempting to perform web service 2.0 SOAP calls to the site's SOAP receiver, the calls fail and an error is received. The error that is received is similar to the following:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /tmp/cxf1026361243/ws-security%002enonce%002ecache%002einstance-834103057.data (No such file or directory)
