ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
This ESS job remains in "Running" status since long time
Request Account Assignments: Assign Accounts 
status: Running


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
ESS Job "Request Account Assignments: Assign Accounts "
must complete within normal time

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OSC
2. Navigator>Schedules process>review the jobs


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review territory assignment/team for accounts
