While Publishing Receive "Reset Publishing - If you choose Reset the current publishing operation will stop." then When Logging in "Publishing Error - Publishing has encountered a serious error."

While publishing we received an error popup with the message:
If you choose Reset the current publishing operation will stop.
Changes from this publishing operation might be rolled back,
causing work to be lost. If you choose Cancel, you must contact
Oracle Customer Support before you can continue working in
Oracle Commerce Cloud Service.
Note that content had not been published in several days and there were quite a number of items added and deleted.
On subsequent log in we got the error
Publishing has encountered a serious error. Please contact Oracle
