Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Have already changed the Manual person number setting to 'Automatic upon Final Save' defining the 'Initial Person Number' as 691.
A contact was added for an employee post this.

Then we realized that the initial number should have been way higher than this, and changed it to 100,001 again.
However when we hire anyone now the older sequence follows (692, 693.....) and not the new one (100,002, 100,003.....).


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to reset the initial person number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the Manual person number setting to 'Automatic upon Final Save'

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot finish UAT.
