ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
User unable to pull Performance Templates into Compensation

User created Performance Templates in performance management but when they trying to search the template in Compensation Module under Configure Performance Ratings the list is just empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Performance template should be available when it is searched for in the Configure Performance Ratings Task

STEPS
----------
1. Login as HR and create a performance document in the oracle fusion performance management module
2. Login as Compensation Administrator and create a compensation plan
3. In the Configure Performance Ratings try to search for the performance template.
4. No results returned.
