R10 Upgrade: Not Able To Embed Custom Reports (Doc ID 2075953.1)

When attempting to embed new reports in Dashboard or Analytics folder, the Add Content popup is empty

Expected to display the content that customer has in Shared Folder/ Customer/CompanyName

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.In SUI > Open page composer
2. Go to Analytics tab, click in third sub tab
3. Select Add Content
4. Popup open > Select CRM Content
5. Folder is showing empty, even if in BI Answer, custom folder has content

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add new reports to the UI
