When Convert A Lead To Opty In Outlook, Account Not Mandatory (Doc ID 2076612.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When converting a Lead, a Validation process failed to check if the Account field is properly filled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On vanilla environment creating a new Lead will trigger Validation process which block the creation when these 3 fields are not filled : Account Name, DealSize, Product Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in Outlook, create new Lead
2. Fill only the name of the Lead
3. Click Save
4. Try to convert new Lead to Opportunity - - Popup error prevent the Lead to be created with empty fields: Account Name, Deal Size and Product Name
5. add values only to DealSize and Product Name
6. Convert again to Opportunity
7. Lead was converted on Outlook without AccountName

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize successfully as The Account Name empty field in Opportunity will generate error
