Page Composer Changes Not Getting Applied To NonADMIN Logins (Doc ID 2077265.1)

Goal

As part of the Client requirement, we need to change the name "Account" to "Customer" across the instance.


1- Performed several changes in Page Composer at 'SITE LEVEL' using Admin login
2 - Issue : even Site Level Changes are reflecting Only in Admin Login. For Sales manager & Sales Rep Logins, the changes are not reflecting.
3 - Then we accessed Page Composer with Admin login and made changes at user Level : Sales Manager & Sales Rep level.
4- In the Page Composer view, the changes are reflecting correctly. But when we further login as Sales manager / Sales Rep, the changes are not reflecting.
