After Cloud Migration, Users Receive HTTP 500 Error Page On First Login Each Day

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When users log in for the first time each day, they receive the following error:
With IE - HTTP 500 Error – refresh incorrect user name or password
With Firefox – Internal Server Error page
When the page is refreshed, they are returned to the OIM log in with the message "A incorrect user name or password was specified."
This message appears even when the user is certain they entered the correct credentials.
When the user re-enters their credentials this second time, access is granted and the environment loads.
