User Modifications Done In OIM Are Not Synchronized To Fusion Application

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Technology Management - Fusion Security
User Fistname, Lastname, email etc. modified in Manage Users is not synchronized to OIM and Vice versa.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIM
2. Navigate to Administration => Search for a User
3. Modify Fistname
4. Run "Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes" from Fusion
5. Verify the user firstname is not modified.
