Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, IBM Notes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After installing IBM Notes, Sales Cloud for Outlook items are not seen on IBM Notes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see Sales Cloud for Outlook items such as accounts, contacts etc.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the Oracle_Sales_Cloud_for_Notes_Deployment_Guide.pdf to install and setup IBM Notes for Sales Cloud
2. Open IBM Notes no Sales Cloud items seen
