Manager Evaluation is Presented with Blank Screen (Doc ID 2078718.1)

When Manager Evaluation Task is clicked user is presented with blank screen.

User wanted to execute the Manager Evaluation task and got a completely white screen.

Then they moved the task one task backward to employee self evaluation and again submitted the self evaluation once more time and then again manager evaluation the screen was blank.
Then they bypassed the manager evaluation and now the status of manager evaluation is in bypassed status.

Even clicking the Bypassed date link, user is getting blank screen only

Manager evaluation should not display blank screen.
