Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Absence Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Absence Type: Paternity Leave (Childbirth Pattern)
Validation Rule set to allow 15 days in the past and 30 days in the future
System allows leaves that have start dates outside the defined rules

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the Planned Start Date is not in the defined interval, the request should not pass validation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Record Absence – Paternity Leave
Expected Date of Childbirth: 6/24/2015
Planned Start Date: 6/24/2015
Planned End Date: 6/29/2015
2. Request allowed even though sysdate = 7/20/2015 and leave start date >= 15 days in the past)
