Kanji Characters Are Not Being Rendered Properly in the Powerpoint Storyboard in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2079092.1)

Kanji characters are not being rendered properly in the PowerPoint Storyboard, the Project Timeline and Metrics graphs.

Kanji characters should be rendered correctly in the PowerPoint Storyboard reports.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) You must run this from a Japanese Language machine
2) Log in to project
3) Navigate to that project’s Reports / Storyboard Report
4) Choose to Create Detailed Storyboard
5) Click Run Report
6) After the report is generated, click on Open Report, and then choose to Open with (default). 
7) On English Language machine, note that the Project Name (which is in Kanji) is not displaying correctly.
8) As the report renders in PPT, you will probably encounter several error messages for three slides.
9) Click OK on each of these Error Message Dialog boxes.
10) Ultimately, 45 slides will be generated. 
11) The header on the Project Timeline slide which contains Kanji characters is not rendered correctly

12) And the header on the Metrics slide is also corrupted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot read the exported PowerPoint Storyboard reports with Kanji characters inside.
