"The Page Isn't Redirecting Properly" Error When Trying to Login to Fusion Application

When clicking on the link in approval notification email, and trying to login fusion application through company SSO, before reach the login page from IDP, following error is displayed:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click fusion application link in a notification email
Fusion application chooser login page is displayed
2. Click Sign-In using my Company’s Sign-in
you will receive an error
