Goal

This document applies only to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Classic (OCI - C): Database Cloud Services (DBCS / DBaaS) for both traditional Identity Domains and the Identity Domain Cloud Service (IDCS). The APEX_MAIL feature is not available at this time for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Database Cloud Services (DBCS / DBaaS).
