Updating customer account using FBDI updates account establishment date to null

Account Establishment Date should not get updated with Null.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Fusion Receivables
2. Billing
3. Schedule Process
4. Customer Upload

Note: Customer steps described:

Convert customer accounts with an account establishment date.
Then update the same customer account with any one of the fields modified.
This will change the establishment date to null.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot ensure the integrity of the data after an update is applied via the Customer Upload process.
