Configuring a Review to Allow an Item to Be Added, Removed, or Marked as "Not Applicable"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
If a review item is added to a review in error or if an item was was not added to a review as expected, it may be important to have an option to Add/Remove items or mark the review item as Not Applicable so that the reviews ratings are not impacted. Otherwise this could lead to the need to cancel and create a new review for specific employees.
The goal of this document is to illustrate how these options can be enabled.
