Does Engage has option to sort messages based on date ?
SRM Engage - Engage organizes messages by newest to oldest. When we receive a reply to a message it does not appear at the top of Engage. Instead, it is added to the original message and therefore the original time and date. Due to this, the newest response appearing on page 3,4,5 etc. of Engage because of original message arrived time. It is difficult to track.
Engage should have an option of sorting the list of messages by the date/time of latest response they received.
